How do you price your cleaning?
Quotes are based on a competitive hourly rate and estimated hours. Regular bookings get ~10% off, and pre-paid work can be up to 20% off.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes — we use eco-friendly cleaning products and bring all necessary equipment. If you have specific products you prefer, just let us know.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured and trained to a high standard. We pay well above minimum wages to attract quality, trustworthy staff.
Can I book a one-off clean?
Absolutely. We offer one-off deep cleans, spring cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans and short-notice cleans alongside our regular packages.
Do you require a deposit?
For first-time clients we ask for a £25 deposit at least 2 days before work commences. All payments are made online — we do not take cash.
