What we do

We do residential and commercial cleaning, both regular cleans and one off cleans for end of tenancy or moving in/out.

We may not be the cheapest but we're the best. We pay our staff well to attract and retain high quality cleaners and in turn this means we can offer you peace of mind - quality, reliability and professionalism.

We turn up to work and appointments on time.
We are presentable and always wear our uniform and PPE as required.
We stick to out timings and estimates and clearly communicated in advance, to clients, if there is any divergence.
We respect our clients’ homes. We do not smoke anywhere on the premises

We are friendly and smile at our clients, and each other.
We do not bring our problems to work. They stay in the car or on the doorstep.
We recognise you are often busy or working and we minimise interaction and disturbance.

Reliable

We are very reliable. This is also part of professionalism and quality, but we undertake reasonable endeavours to be reliable, which means turning up to all client assignments, and on time.
Inevitably, things will go wrong (usually sickness or traffic) and in these circumstances we find good and prompt communication with you will help a lot and will hopefully save the day.

Quality

We operate to a high set of quality standards and processes.
We aim to have no jobs where we need to go back to rectify an issue.
We aim to get 5* reviews and referrals from all our clients.
We recognise this is a people business, and doing a good job and getting referrals is key.
We operate according to all the Cosy Cleaners protocols and use the appropriate techniques and chemicals for the job.
Our results are of a better standard than the you could probably achieve yourselves.

Gardening

We started by cleaning the inside of your house, but many of our clients asked - "could we do gardens". And the answer, now, is - Yes!

We don't do major landscaping, though see our patio we did last year.

What we do do is help you with the hard and repetitive work of gardening. Lawn cutting, pruning, planting, digging, trimming etc.

Car Detailing**

So, now we're cleaning and caring outside the house, what about the second most expensive possession most people have - your car(s). So, now we introduced a car detailing service (**coming soon September 2025).

The basic offer is a through wash on the outside and inside starting at about £50.

For the ultimate result, and especially for premium cars the full car valet is available. Return your car to showroom condition.
