How we estimate cleaning jobs

We offer competitive pricing tailored to your specific cleaning requirements. Get in touch to discuss your personalized requirements.

Firstly we discuss your requirements, what type of cleaning do you require a regular maintenance clean or a one off deep clean - normally for move in/ out or post construction?For a first visit if no regular cleaning has been applied regularly, then a deeper clean may be required. This may be 20-50% longer than a standard maintenance clean that would apply from the next clean. What ever our quote it will be based on a competitive hourly rate and a fixed or estimated number of hours. For regular booked work we operate a discount of around 10% and where work is booked and paid for in advance this can be up to 20% off.

On a first job, with new clients, we always ask for a deposit, of £25, at least 2 days before work commences. All payments are required in advance and all payments are made online, we do not take cash. We use a detailed check list to ensure we agree the scope and frequency of the cleaning work required. Hours?

For first time work we normally estimate a range of hours i.e. 3-4, for domestic work. This is the estimated time to complete all the work we have agreed during the questionnaire, checklist and site visit. We use reasonable endeavours to complete the agreed work, however, particularly for a first time, it might take less or more time, usually more!On second an subsequent visits we are usually accurate and after a first dep client the hours will reduce. If we take less time than estimated, we charge the lower amount. if we estimated say 3-4 hours and after 2 or so hours, its clear we will need more time. We will contact you and agree either to stop at the estimated time or continue on for an additional x hours.
